Lost your license key
Moving to a new Mac
Enter the same license key on your new Mac. If both slots are in use, manage your Macs online to free a slot, then activate again. You don’t need access to the old Mac.
Using ClipsPal offline
Activate online once, then work offline for up to 30 days. ClipsPal checks your license automatically when connected. If it asks to verify, connect to the internet and click Verify license.
Updates have ended
Your covered version keeps working. Click Reinstall covered version in ClipsPal to download a version included with your license.
Director says no AI is connected
Choose Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode or a local model in Settings → AI provider. Connect your provider, then click Check again.
Anything else
Include your purchase email so we can find your license.
